Mr Alfie has provided with good customer service support! both Drivers were good; they drove safely. There are 2 areas which needs service improvements; 1) pick up location at NAIA terminal 1 needs to be at Departure Hall. 30 of us waited with more than 30 pieces of luggages outside arrival hall only to be told we need to move up to Departure hall after 1 hour. We took another 30mins to move up to Departure Hall with only 1 lift. 2)Driver didnt inform that my destination (Barbaros Restaurant at Intramuros) isn't passable for big bus. This ought to be informed by driver.Read more
